Just thought that I would post this recipe really quick. It’s always nice to have some snacks around the house on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I always love munching away on snacks before the big dinner. I had made this dip for a baby shower I threw a few months back, but unfortunately I am still not able to hold anything down so I haven’t been able to make it again. I so wish I could too!!! This dip is yummy and a nice change from just serving ranch with veggie trays. Enjoy~
Creamy Herb Dip

- 1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups vegetables, such as baby carrots, sliced red bell peppers, snap peas, broccoli and cauliflower florets, cucumber spears, grape tomatoes
Directions
Whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, mustard, honey, garlic powder and salt in a medium bowl until combined. Serve the dip with vegetables of your choice.
