Favorite Cheese Bread
This is my sister-in-law’s recipe and we just love it.  This time we tried them in the Dutch Oven.  They couldn’t have turned out better.  If you want to try them in the dutch oven, I have a couple of tips.  For one, you will want to preheat the oven, which can be complicated when you’re trying to proof the dough.  You can do this one of two ways.  I covered a large plate with parchment paper (or wax paper in a pinch), and arranged the rolls on top.  Be careful that you don’t space the rolls too far apart or they won’t fit in the oven.  About 15 min. before I was ready to bake them, I set the oven on the coals & coals on the lid.  When I was ready to bake them, I removed the lid and carefully lifted the paper and placed the rolls into the oven.  I replaced the lid and let them bake.  The other option is to proof the rolls in the oven, and preheat the lid.  This method isn’t as good, but has the benefit of not having to move the rolls and risk deflating them.  I really didn’t think it was very hard to transfer them on the paper.  I really recommend the preheating because  it makes the rolls lighter and fluffier.

  6. Bake at 400 for 20-30 min. for rolls or 1 hour for loaf.
