I should have a picture, and be a little more enthusiastic, but instead I have a killer migraine and am so sick to my stomach that I think I’ll go climb back into bed. I still wanted to make sure that I gave a quick little tip to help prepare you all for thanksgiving.
If you are serving a sauce or dish that can easily over cook or change in texture by keeping it on the heat (a white sauce, mashed potatoes, etc) a great way to keep it warm while you wait to serve the meal is to place it over a bowl of hot water.
Boil water, fill a large, glass bowl, and place the sauce or potatoes in another bowl and place that in the water bath. Cover the food with saran wrap. It keeps the food warm without cooking it.
Ok, I’m outta here.

Oh dear, I hope you feel better soon! Thanks for the tips.
