Dear friends, listen carefully, this is the BEST S’more recipe ever, and who wouldn’t want the best for National S’mores Day?! This recipe is full of gooey goodness and packed full of three fantastic flavors, banana (grilled- hello delicious), dulce de leche *groan*, and chocolate *moan*. Seriously so delicious!! I’m a golden girl when it comes to roasting marshmallows. I like every side perfectly even and perfectly golden. I don’t understand the lighting your mallow on fire thing, but I know that many people love it. How do you roast your mallow? Oh, and I forgot to mention, I used cinnamon grahams. Yup. Because cinnamon sugar and dulce de leche are meant to be together. They are. They should get married… oh crap school starting again has made me 6 years old.
I’ve been thinking about school a lot lately. It’s about to start and I’m completely against it. Well, not completely, but I really don’t want summer to end. So, I have a plan…
Every single day until school starts we are going to try to do something wonderful as a family. It doesn’t matter if it’s as simple as an evening walk, a BBQ with friends or a full day at the pool, we are going to live it up.
We are also getting ready with a school memory box. I want to be able to keep her little assignments, pictures etc, more organized this year.
I would love to hear any ideas that you all have for a mementos box.

I love making s'mores with the Trader Joes Salted Caramel filled chocolate bars. Yum!

We like to make a S'more bar. I put out different flavored frosting and use that instead of the chocolate. The kids loved it!
Love the idea of doing a little something special everyday till school starts. I'm joining you with that plan. That day is back to work for me.
