    Yesssss!!!!!
This was a delightfully, Tasty, & No Fuss Potatoes. One pound of anything is not enough; in this house of 4-6 Dudes. Soooo I bought a 5 lb. bag of Red Potates & used a little more then half.
I generously doubled the sauce, with a pinch of Cayenne and cooked at 380* F for approx. 45 mins.; rotating tray every 15-20 mins. I served this as a side to grilled Bacon & Cheddar stuffed Burgers; it hit the spot. Can’t wait to make again and share!

I made them for supper tonight. Yummy! They are a keeper. I did sub oil for the butter and used the whole amount of sauce even though I only had 1/2 lb potatoes 😉
